I suppose it must be in the eye of the beholder because I notice more of the diversity in us on Q&A than likeness. But then again diversity could actually be the likeness, meaning that is the common bond we all share.

I sometimes think, that the Questions and answers, is a replacement for a void in one's life. and many people have that. It is an escape for people, to get away from there everyday, nonesence. Like Hearing the same thing over and over, as many of us have experienced. So we take ourselves into our own little world, where we feel we are needed, and sometimes appreicated more that our own families. But at the same time not getting too close, as to be hurt. The joy of having a best answer validates, the need that we are doing something worthwhile. And the knowledge that you learn, from reading others answers is great, and sometimes Wow, I did'nt know that, Where else can you find this. You only walk through this world once, so do the best you can while your here.

REALLY there is nothing a person goes through that some one else hasn't experienced. That's what makes this site so unique ! You can take or give. You are not face to face, you communicate on a different level. The level is at your choosing.
You meet friends and sometimes the friends become cherished.

I think that we are all alike in some way. I like coming on P&S to find out what people think what they are like and how they react to the really stupied questions.

When I look for similiarities, I find them, and when I look for differences I find them. The thing about myself is that I am a Solipsist, and I am the only one.
Isn't it remarkable that we are all unique and yet so close to being identical?

We all have a common thread between us and have all experienced somthing alone. It is the willingness to open up and talk that we find we are really not that different at all.
