I dont know, but I wish they were still there. I like going to Montreal and watching the Expos against the Yankees. I dont live far away from Montreal in the US.

The franchise was granted in 1967, the year that the World's Fair (Expo '67) was held in Montreal.
Hence the name, and if I remember correctly, either the logo of the mascot.
