I've always wanted to have a few friends spend the night in a hotel for my birthday and my parents finally agreed. Its a two bed, two bath hotel room, cont. breakfast, its in the middle of an outdoor shopping mall, theres an outdoor pool the works!! My mom would stay with us, she would have her own bedroom and bathroom. And I could invite 3 friends. I dont kno if I want to do this for my 16 or save it for another year.

My OTHER party idea is to have a party at my house( a good one, I'm a christian and my dad's a pastor :) ). I would have relatives there, a ton of friends, adults that are close to me and other pple like that. I would do 80's theme and make it a huge fun bash! The only problem is I've always wanted to do the hotel thing, but I kinda want my sweet sixteen to be huge and special...Which one would u choose?

you should have a spring theme and have performers like the really good mainstream ones to perform in your party and have firebreathers with a sumo chasing a midget leprechaun screamin "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" and have hot men dress like a groundhogs and doing lap dances >:)

have the house party. your just doing the hotel thing cause its what you always wanted when you were younger, times change minds change i think the house party with family and friends sounds so much funner than a measly hotel stay with only 3 friends and mom in the other room, not that theres a problem with your mom being there i just think it wont be everything you imagined save it for graduation or honeymoon or a college party.

Themed parties are fun. Plus different. Go with a unique theme like the Elizabethan period or the Renaissance period where peple come dressed from that period. I love the idea. Be safe & have fun
