Probably, it just depends on what your definition of an artist is! Yes some people are born with natural talent, and some people have to work harder to get at it. You may not be the next Picasso or van Gogh, but you can still have talent that someone finds interesting. And yes, some people truly lack any conventional art talent, but still, someone, somewhere could consider them an artist. So an "artist' is a very subjective term...................

I'm not sure if you can "Study" to be an artist. I am an artist in both art and literature.
I once took a class that was all about "Learning to draw even if you weren't born with the talent." I didn't like it much because it focusus more on the technical aspects of art rather than the feeling and emotion of art. But several others loved it.
Look around and I'm sure you can find a class like that. But if your still determined on just studying then you might want to look up the best know artists first (such as Van Gough, Piccasso, and of course, Da Vinci) and then work your way through to the lesser known artists. Thats when you'll be able to start.
Hope that Helped you!

Yes! however not everyon emay aquire a taste for your work. I would encourage anyone with an interest. Ask yourself what are you saying with your art? Does it give you joy? Express an emotion? If you painted a big red dot on a canvass what does it mean to you? what would it say to others? This is what an artist does. You may create something much more ocmplicated then a dot. there are many reasons for art. Just find yours!

Of course, with enough practice you could do anything... of course you probably wouldn't be any good at it unless you had some natural talent. That's like having a guy who's right hand was horribly torched in half with a plasma-cutting tool tell his friends and family that he all of a sudden wants to be an acoustic guitar musician. Oh yes, his family will support him, but they all know he will become the shittiest guitarist on the planet. Hell, if all else fails, you could draw japanese-anime porn that involve furries.

Sure. Artists are people who do art. That's it.
Whether or not you will be a good artist is another matter. Depends how much talent you have, how good you are at improving on your own, etc.
