My friend Sam had a serious head injury when he was a boy . Sam's sister became his legal guardian . Sam doesn't really need a guardian . This guardianship was basically a mistake . Can a guardianship possibly be revoked ?

Yes it can. Go petition the court to have it revoked.

Yes, it can be revoked as long as he has medical records to show that he is competent and is not in need of a guardian.
