Do you like getting mud between your toes ? I love the way mud squishes between my toes . I let mud squish between my toes whenever I can . Do you ever let mud squish between your toes ? How many of you have actually done this ?

I sometimes walk through the mud barefoot but it's not one of my favorite surfaces. I suppose it's because I don't like rain; the mud or puddles on my feet may feel good but I don't like the rest of me getting wet and I don't like stuffy, hot plastic raincoats either!

It sounds heavenly.
Nearly 30 years ago, my dad used to take me and my brothers camping in Eastern Washington. In a corner of a lake, there was some very squishy and warm mud. I would sink down until it touched my knees. It was warm and squishy all the way down. It smelled of stagnant, rotting things, but what 8 year old would care?
I went back about 10 or so years ago. The mud has solidified into a hard, crusty ground.

I've done it... been a while though, I should do it again. It is quite fun. Doing the same thing on a beach is also very refreshing.
