I couldn't tell you the name of the track, bu the song used in Shall We Dance when Jeniffer Lopez and Richard Gere dance the tango makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up!
You could also try the version of Roxanne (by the Police) used in the Moulin Rouge soundtrack as that was rearranged as a tango.
A good place to look at songs to use is the BBC Strictly Come Dancing site - they list all the songs used in each week for the different dances and you may get some inspiration from there. This link shows you all the music used: http://www.bbc.co.uk/strictlycomedancing/news/2006/10/04/36754.shtml

Tango Del Atardecer - more joyful yet energetic. You can find it from The Original Soundtrack for Motion Picture - Tango.

Por Una Cabeza by Quintago is a pretty cool option. It was used in the film True Lies as Arnie whisked Jamie Lee Curtis off her feet and has all the firiness you're looking for.
Hope this helps!

You can go to http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Music/search_style.asp?PageNum=1&Dance=Tango&Style= and listen to samples of 200 different tango songs. I'm sure you'll find something you like. For example, "Noche De Primavera" or "Perl Fishers".

Maybe inappropriate for a wedding, but try "Libertango," perhaps as a farewell to liberty? (Sorry, a bad joke, but I couldn't help it.)
