The 4 horseman is pretty good idea, i like the wrestlers in it. I don't like the nwo stable, i don't like the wrestlers around it and u need a better heel character than king booker, i suggest maybe hhh or edge

nah...the 4 horsemen with Flair should have some new talent and old talent
Take the Hardys to replace the Andersons (brothers replacing brothers, a nice nod to the past) and then maybe take Kenny since he's young and Flair must think he's OK since he had those series of matches with him. Then you need a big guy...or semi big guy. Edge? Orton? Masters? (just remember, they all have flair to help on the mic)
As far as the NwO, I like Booker T, but I don't think Cade or Mercury would cut it.

in my opinon evolution was the 4 horsemen WWE style besides all the guys you named are on smackdown & Flair is on Raw
As far as The N.W.O. Goes we Have DX So who needs a New World Order
