my mom thinks i should give my baby (Riley Girl) a bath at least two times a dy but i dont think its heathy to have her in water all the time so what do i do is it good or bad

Babies dont need to be bathed much at all- about 2-3 times a week.

that's way too much. I usually give my son a bath every other day, sometimes everyday if he's really sweaty or rubbed his dinner into his hair/ears/eyes/nose. Water is extremely drying to the skin, especially newborn skin which is sooo sensitive. If she gets eczema (patches of dry scaly skin) a bath is just about the worst thing you can do. If she looks dirty, it's not gonna kill her if she has more than one bath a day, but there is certainly no need for it.

2 times a day? Absolutely not! I gave my babys a bath everyday or every other day, and I was teased for that. She's a baby not a farmer :)

they say every other day. I give my son a bath everyday but that is because he spits up so much he needs to be cleaned because his skin is red from the spit up.

I agree with the answer above. Your baby doesn't really get all icky and dirty, so I would say every other day or so is fine.
