I was told that they'er using it in L.A.Cal.. But not where, or who. So I wanted to know if its true, and where I can order some. Any info on saftey on said product would be good too.

yes it is true. you can buy UV tattoo ink at any tattoo supply shop. they may only serve tattoo artists and body piercers or ask for a tax exempt form from your tattoo shop. it might be difficult to purchase at a reasonable price if you are not a tatt artist.
try to buy it online. try techincal tattoo supply you can order from them. they are located here in NY.

It's UV reactive ink not glow in the dark. It shows up under a black light. Some artists are using it in the US but finding a supplier that will sell to you without a business ID is difficult.
