That would depend on which social problems you actually mean?????
One idea though is to make a law that takes away the human rights of anyone who cannot act like a civilised human being because if they can't behave like us then they are not entitled to live among us. Send them all to an island to live together. Now that would make a great reality TV show.

a better idea, send all sterotypes to an island far away from all civilisation. but then again. there wouldn't be any islands left. have you seen how many emos and chavs and skaters hang around nowadays. i'm 15 and i'm almost scared to leave my house at night to hang around with my mates but there's always people hanging in street corners. it's sooo intimidating. maybe they should make a curfew for people under a certain age and people should not go around in groups of more than 3?

Just leave it, They will sort them selves out or we'll all get wiped out by global warming.

replace all men in senior positions with women.

put everyone on drugs.
