i know its a little corny, but my hubbys name is benjamin kane, and i really love the idea of calling our boy 'zane benjamin'....any opinions??
any nice, not so common, names for middle name of Zara would be appreciated also....

I think that Benjamin Kane is awesome! As for Zane Benjamin, I can't stand the name Zane....everytime I hear it, I think of the word 'insane'.
Also, the name Zara doesn't do anything for me. Sorry, but it reminds me a a zoo animal. I am not trying to be mean, I just don't like the names...Keep Benjamin, though!

Zane Benjamin sounds Good . i like the Zane part a lot!
and it goes well with Benjamin. I personally think names influence the person or personality and this one sounds like a confidant, Straight forward and popular kind of guy!
And Zara? is my name ^-^ only its spelled Zarah ! but i cant think of any middle names.
why dont you look up names online any name data base will give you lots of different names and spellings even meanings!

I love the name Zane, and Benjamin is okay especially if it's hubby's name, you can't say no. i would say yes go with Zane Benjamin!!!

I don't see Benjamin Kane as a corny name. Zane Benjamin, sounds nice, yet it seems to be incomplete. what about something like Zane Benjamin-Luke or something in that order?

It's fine, but realize that the kid will only be known as Zane Smart. The Benjamin part will be lost. Ask your extended group of friends what your middle names is, they probably don't know.

Zane is actually becoming a popular trendy name. I would not use the name, just because it is getting too overused, but I do like the name.
Zara....Nice name. There was a Las Vegas singing group called "The Zaras" during the 70's.

Zane is a cute name but Zane kane is just kind of asking for the kid to be teased but he's yours so do what you want. Another Z name to consider is Zander. any middle name will do for Zara another great name!!
