I did that once... it wasn't her best friend, but it was a good friend of hers and also one of my ex's... the only option you really have is to tell her so that she hears it from you and not someone else, you must also decide who you like more, this may be a really hard decision to make, but it turned out pretty good for us, we got engaged which lasted a long time, but we eventually broke it off due to other problems we were having... you just have to choose who you want, and promise that it will never happen again, then live by that promise, for me it got so hard to live by it that I almost went out and did worse things than kissing with her best friend, who is now my new girlfriend, but I would take my ex fiance back if she wanted me back... what I guess I'm trying to say is to just follow what your heart says and speak what it says to you
and I would really suggest not trying to have them both, it doesn't work out in this day and age, although I hear that it did back in my grandfather's day

You need to tell your girlfriend, then also decide if you really care for this girlfriend. You have done it for a reason. You might not be in love with her as much as you think you are. Think carefully, and if you don't get out of the relationship. People seem to stay in relationships even though they aren't happy and want out. Do what is not only best for you, but also think about your girlfriend.

Tell your girlfriend.
Even if it leads to you two breaking up, its the right thing to do. How would you feel if she kissed another guy? if you wouldnt care, you obviously don't like her that much. Break up with her. If you would care, my point proven. Don't do somthing tha you wouldnt want done to you.
