If they are able to have sex and the woman or girl has a period, she is able too. Most mental handicapps are just that, mental, they don't involve the rest of the body.

Yes, I know of several autistic people who have had children. Unfortunately the children were also autistic or had numerous problems.

Of course. Autistic people are not sterile. There are varying levels of autism as well- some are high-functioning.. you wouldn't know when you meet them. Other are very mentally challanged and can not speak.

Of course they can, autism is a mental disability, not a sexual reproductive problem. As far as them being intelligent and responsible enough to actually care for a baby, they are varying degrees of autism, but that is an entirely different story...

I am pretty sure of it. I know of 1 woman who had a baby and she was diagnosed with mental retardation. Neurological disorders do not affect reproductive organs.
