i am going down to see my
friends 9 month old boy for the first time
next month and i want to take him a pressy
that he can treasure for years,
and is make to last for years,
any ideas would be great thanks....

tonka makes very tough trucks(metal) that he can play with (shortly)
they last for years ! either that or a puppy and you better consult parents before you go that far! lol good luck hope you get some better ideas than just mine!

it's hard to have 1 thing that will last with a child. Jewellery with engraving is nice or maybe a cute snow globe from ebay they can be a little more expensive but they can be a collectors item that they can keep for ever.Also can't go past the old faithful teddy bear.
