If you were the CEO of your own company, what would it be?

I need help. I am suppose to try to diversify a company that really doesnt exist, but I have no idea what kind of company to "create."

Create a real estate business with you and 2 of your closest most trusted family or friends. Call it something L.L.C. Buy income property now at low prices and sell it when the market picks up steam in a couple of years. If you have 5-6 properties by then you will be a millionaire. Good luck.
