I have several computers with different graphic cards and the nvidia cards are without a doubt the best.

I would say that the 1650 Pro has the upper edge.
The 1650 Pro reference card has approximately 625 MHz on the GPU and 1.4GHz, (effective), on the memory.

The 6600GT reference card has 550 MHz on the GPU and ony 1120 MHz on the memory speeds effectively.

They both process the graphics with the same amount of pipelines so I would suggest the 1650 Pro without a doubt as this will enhance your graphics power more so than the 6600GT.

Remember though everyone seems to get more faulty cards when they choos ATI over NVIDIA so the decision is up to you.

Nvidia has been a very reliable product, watch the temperature though.
