I think you should tell her, but just so you're forewarned: Crap will hit the fan. Not only did you cheat on your girlfriend, but with her best friend and she's not gonna be happy with her best friend cause she KNEW you were together and you don't do that stuff to your best friend OR your girlfriend. I'd highly recommend breaking up and finding someone new. I don't think this is gonna go well for you.

don't say anything and hope she never tells anyone, if it comes out and your girlfriend comfronts you, say her friend has attention issues and is just trying to stir things up... if that doesn't work and your girlfriend breaks up with you, then date her friend
