i would like to install another internal hard drive but there is no room in the case for it. Would i be able to buy something to install it in an extra cd drive bay

Yes, you can absolutely install a hard drive into a 5.25" bay.

Yes, you can install a hard rive in a CD drive bay 5 1/4". In fact, some hard drives (3.5") come with Adapter Rails that allows you to attach them to the drive so it will fit in a 5 1/4" bay

Not into a CD drive you wont.If you go to yourt local Pc shop, maybe PC world or something, they can give you an extra case, but itll have to sit outside your pc.Maybe just buy A bigger hard drive, back up your importrant data and start fresh on the bigger one?

You should be able to get some rails that will help you fit it into the case. You will want to make sure your ribbon cables (if it's an ide drive) are long enough...
I would try a computer repair shop to see if they have what you might need...
