Yes there is.
If you are concerned about your child, you should ask your doctor for a referral to a child psychologist. There are many conditions that can exsist along side an anger issue, and you need to talk to a professional.
A psychologist can help your child find ways to deal with their anger. Specific techniques include:
~ doing physical activity
~ talking about feelings
~ practice relaxation
~ controlled breathing
There are some brilliant pages on Anger Management for children at the 'Addition Needs Net' website. Have a look:

Keeping an Anger Diary is a great way to begin tackling the problem. See:
http://www.additionalneeds.net/Anger_Management/keepingdiary.htm
You should also talk to your child's teacher as some behaviour management programs are available in schools.

Let's face it. Anger has a root cause. Kids are angry for a reason. Sometimes it's because they have been mistreated (sexually, emotionally or physically abused). Sometimes it's because they're frustrated (having trouble learning, getting along with others, parents are divorcing, etc.) Sometimes it's because they've been spoiled and/or haven't received proper behavior-control training. Sometimes it's because they have a neurological problem (schizophrenia, ADD, etc.)
If you are a parent, teacher or other adult, you have an obligation to determine whether or not any external factors could be causing the anger and do something to stop it! Far too many people look at the behavior (anger & acting out) and fail to see that there's a root cause (like abuse from family, friend, strangers, etc.) So, I really recommend that you have a professional work with you to find out the root cause of the problem.
Here's the good news... You can--over time!--begin to reduce the anger and teach the child how to use anger management techniques. Some specific tools include children's art therapy, talking with counselors, journaling, exercise, learning to count to 10, etc.
One note on counseling and group anger therapy for kids: Our school has tried group anger management classes for K-5 with 10-12 students in a group at a time. Since this group meets in the library (where I'm a librarian), I've seen how poorly this approach works. When you put multiple children with anger problems in the same room at the same time together, you get trouble!
CONCLUSION/SUMMARY:
If you, your child or student need anger management assistance, I would try working with a child psychologist or Christian counselor (or priest, rabbi, etc.) to find ROOT CAUSES and SOLUTIONS. That's true for anyone in the UK, US or, well, anywhere!

Yes. It's called discipline, and it seems to me to be very absent nowadays.
My boy misbehaves, so lets give him a lable.. Crap.!
Kids need discipline.
And it was a sorry day when disciplining a child was made illegal.
