First of all, you can go to an ob/gyn - I know you are looking, am not in your area so I can't help there, sorry.
Or to the hospital and they can do a beta blood test for you that will confirm wether or not you are infact pregnant.

Basically before you write yourself off as having fertility issues, a healthy woman can take up to a year to conceive, so don't give up hope.
There is a great website that I joined when I started to get discouraged and it has been such a great help and I've met wonderful people.
Have a look at www.tcofy.com
perhaps read the book by Toni Weishcler...(spelling?)
it's called...
"Taking charge of your fertility"
It is amazing and it not only is full of information that you never knew, stuf they never tell you in school, but it will also teach you how to do basil body temperature readings - and it really helps you pinpoint when you are most fertile and need to try to conceive. We are all under the false assumption that every single one of us has 28 day cycles when in actual fact, we don't.
Have a look and not only will you meet great people but you'll also be able to get a month free and then if you like it, you can join for $30 for the rest of your life.
It worked for us and numerous friends of ours.
Good luck. Hope it is a positive for you.

Clear blue is a great test too, by the way

I had a false negative test with my son at about four weeks and that was even at the doctor's office. So it's certainly possible. If you are pregnant the best time to get a positive result is first thing in the morning. Also if you drink a bunch of fluids before taking the test you have a higher chance of a false negative.
Good luck!

I wouldn't give up hope yet. It may be too early for a test to pick up a pregnancy. Some women don't show a positive on them until even two weeks past the due date of their period!

Call 1-800 doctors and they can give you names in your area. One day is no reason to sweat though.
