i am the commissioner of a league and 1 person cant play anymore and i need to know how to let somebody else play in his spot, it is post draft already

You're stuck with that team. At best, you can release all his players and give everyone else a shot at him. He should have decided to quit before the draft.

one person can't play? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. He's basically saying that he can't get on a computer once a week, if that, for a few months? If I were you, I'd call him out and tell him that he made a commitment and a small commitment at that and he should be able to fufill what needs to be done without much work. There's no reason he can't play unless he's in the military and being deployed or something and even then, I get emails from a few buddies almost weekly. I just don't see it.

just deactivate all the players on that team and lock that account up. That will be fair for the remaining teams. You don't need to find another person to take care of that team.

You are basically stuck with the person. Maybe you can just bench all of the players so it doesn't effect the outcome of the game.
