No. my oldest child started Kindergarten last fall. I don't care what grade he receives AS LONG AS HE TRIES HIS BEST.

yes.. which makes me feel angry. lol. It's really weird that some really freakish smart student got 18As cant even make it to oxford but there was this guy i know he only managed to get 8As but still he made it to oxford... In my point of view everyone is smart (A does not necessarily mean Smart) because in this business there are greater thing than As. After all the greatest things on earth are the things that are impossible, unthinkable, and unexpected.

Yes, many people do. If you're in college on a scholarship, you often have to maintain a 4.0 GPA in order to keep your scholarship.
