Ok the past couple days I have been having this discharge, it doesn't smell, or anything like that but it is quite a bit, it is milky looking and a little thicker than normal. No blood or anything. My doc says an increase is normal, but this is just ridiculous and weird looking. I am 38 weeks tomorrow. What is this stuff?

Your doctor should have explained to you that "this is normal" because you are losing your mucous plug. It will become yellow and then tinged with blood. Your water may break, as well. Make your doctor explain things to you.

This is probably part of your mucus plug. Mine was yellow for a couple of weeks and then it was tinged with blood at the end. My doctor said that it can come out little by little. I saw the most first thing in the morning.

I'm 21 weeks and going through the same type of thing right now. I got some ultra thin maxi pads to wear because it makes me so uncomfortable and can't stand that feeling! But it is normal according to my doctor.

It could be your mucas plug, mine was tinged with blood. The Dr. should check you at your next appt. I was going weekly at 38 weeks.
