If you mean easier as in less force required, then anything with mechanical advantage will give you that. To lift a weight up some height, it requires a fixed amount of work. There's actually no limitation that says you have to use the same amount of force. You can do the same amount of work with less force delivered over greater distance.

A pulley or system of pullies can lift a weight with force less than it's weight, making it "easier" to life. You have to pull the rope more than the vertical distance lifted. You can use the lever. Same effect. You can an inclined plane in the form of a screw lift. Same effect.
