Assuming that deisio is density; I think you are out by two orders of magnitude.
A cubic meter of pure water should mass 1000 kg. not 100,000
At 25m that would be 25 * 1.08e3 = 27e3 kg./m^2
or 27e3 * 9.8 = 264600 pascals
