With my first child i knew within myself that it was a boy although as the scan drew closer i started to think it could of been a girl although my gut instinct was still saying it was a boy.
I picked up the mosses basket and all the stuff before finding out what i was having and i didnt see untill i got the stuff home that it all had blue on,in the shop i had only seen the creams on the stuff (all matching bath bed blankets etc).

I am carrying my second now and i wont find out till june time the sex of my unborn child.
My gut instinct is saying a boy again although i would like to have a girl so i have one of each
I wouldnt be botherd what i have though so long as it is healthy.

Did any of you out there have gut instints that was correct?

Absolutely, with my first child 11 years ago, I just knew it was a boy, I picked out his name.... never even thought about girls names. I had ultrasound after ultrasound, and doc could NEVER see the parts. I bought blue stuff and decorated my nursery... thank god I was right.
With my daughter 3 years ago, same thing, I knew I was pregnant early, and instantly picked her name... again, I didn't even consider boys names. I did have a conclusive ultrasound with her later in pregnancy, so I knew I was right part way through, but I still knew anyway.

Congratulations!

My gut instinct from the first ultrasounds at 3 weeks when all you saw what a sac/dot and no baby was a boy. I thought boy the whole time, but like you a few weeks before my gender ultrasound I doubted myself and though it could possibly be a girl, but in the back on my mind, still thought it was a boy. AND IT IS DEFINITELY A BOY!!! My mom said the first time she saw me pregnant she knew it was a boy and about 5 different people said the same thing.

Well i had two boys and my instincts were dead on!! I am pregnant again and this time my body is saying girl even though i wouldnt mind having another boy. It doesnt mean i am going to run out and buy things in the color to match the gender. Sometimes ultrasounds and gut instinct can be wrong. So buy unisex things and enjoy the pregnancy.

I am almost 19 weeks pregnant and I, along with my boyfriends family think its a boy..We get to find out what we are having in a week! but it really doesnt matter as long as it has 10 fingers and 10 toes and its healthy....but it does make you wonder...It will be nice to finally say "its a boy" or "its a girl when people ask you!

All boys (three pregnancies where I knew the gender.. 2 boys were born)

I've started shopping from the first few days after finding out. I never looked at girls clothes. It was always boys and I knew it.

Not only did I have an instict about what it was, so did my husband. As soon as we found out that we were preggo he said that it was going to be a boy and I knew right away that he was right. I knew the whole time and when we went to the ultra sound it confirmed that he was a boy!
