I look fresher more wide away younger and it stays put ! I am using a liquid eyeliner by a German company called Barbor www.barbor.de But i think the secret it to use any one that has a fine brush. Good Luck !

First apply foundation then, apply concealer under the eye and then concealer powder. I hate eyeliner pencils because they smudge and cake. Liquid eyeliners leak into my eyes and their not good for contact lenses so, I use Maybelline smooth glide eyeliners that aren't a liquid nor a pencil. And they don't need to be sharpened.

lancome le stylo waterproof eyeliner is the best you will ever use. it stays put, its $23 but its worth it, because you won't go out buying another one. (you'll end up spending more money if you get a bunch of cheap eyeliners, and buy a new one after using the first only once or twice to find out that it, yet again, sucks). opposed to the popular belief that department store makeup is a scam and doesn't really work better, they use more pigment and better ingredients, which costs more to make. good luck, and definitely get the lancome eyeliner, you won't be sorry!

Use any eye pencil you like, the trick is to put a light layer of powder eye shadow over the liner and it'll stay put until you take it off.

I use a smoky gray colour and layer over it with the shadow colour I'm using that day. It creates a softer natural look, but still highlights beautifully.

I use Maybelline Waterproof liquid eyeliner. It is great. Stays put all day and doesn't make black areas under your eyes. I love it. It is available at Wal Mart. Comes in a small grayish bottle. Make sure you get the waterproof kind though.

If you first put on a foundation makeup around your eyes, let it set, then use the pencil and follow it by a Q-tip of the same color eye-shadow, the entire thing will become smudge-proof and sweat-proof.
