A dwarf hamster doesn't get very big, I don't have a ruler on me to figure it out exactly. At most, they can get to be just under half the length of a full grown syrian hamster.

Hamsters can usually stand fairly low temperatures, as long as it isn't a sudden drop. I usually wouldn't recommend specifically trying to heat them though, as many things could go wrong. A heating pad set very low under one small spot of their cage might be fine, but you'd have to monitor it regularly. Average room temperature is usually fine though.

Dwarf and Syrian hamsters should never be mixed. Most dwarf hamsters will get along together in groups, but syrian hamsters are solitary and usually fight other hamsters. Mixing different small animals is rarely a good idea. The syrian hamster will more than likely kill the dwarf.

I don't know any websites for interior design...Just make sure they have a wheel, hiding spot/house, water bottle, food dish, and then whatever other chew toys or accessories that you want.

About 3-4 inches.

Place them under a lamp.

No, drawf hampsters can sometimes live together if they're from the same litter. They'll fight to the death if you place them together.
