www.pandora.com It's awesome. You but in artists you like and their system finds you stuff in that genre. It's really cool, I've found lots of good bands this way.

I go to music.yahoo.com for all music, even new music. Yahoo music has a wide range of music and always has new and upcoming artists. They even have a "Who's Next?" topic to showcase a new artist.

Lately I've been using frostwire to download stuff I like or discover. I've been discovering the majority of it on pandora.com and last.fm.

allmusic.com is the best. and if you join their newsletter they send you a weekly list of new releases. i also tend to agree with how they review and rate most bands, albums and songs.
