You open an account with a futures broker like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Fimat ect.

Unless your using them to hedge a position I highly suggest you don't get involved in the futures market. The swings are quick and not for the risk adverse. To specualate on futures is to kiss your money goodbye. You will find very few individual investors with a futures success story. Over the long term you will almost certainly lose money.

It's your money, but I've been around futures for years and even the most sophisticated investors aren't very good at it.
