I already had 2 cups of coffee. I feel like a friggin' zombie. Didn't get enough sleep last night..... Zzzzzzzzzzz. I'm at work by the way.

If you're tired its because you are behind on your REM(rapid eye movement). REM is 20% of your sleep but it is very important, during REM your body rejuvinates. You go into a REM cycle every 90 mins. So when you go home, try and take a 30 min nap if you can, dont take a nap for more than 80 mins, because you will start a REM cycle. when you got to sleep you want to have 6-8 REM cycles. if you only get say 4 REM cycles you are behind 4 cylces, and need to make those cycles up. Making up on lost REM time can take days or weeks. Avoid drinking alcohol, or taking sleeping pills, becuase these make you go right, into REM and you will not get your deep sleep which is about 80% of your sleep. Hope that helps

energy drink, wash you're face with cold water, fast-walk around, do different things and see which one makes you feel different
