Ok i have a huge problem... The problem is i have had and erection for like 3 hrs and havent taken any medication i masturbated like right b4 it happened oviously..... but now it wont go down.... will someone help PLEASE

Don't do the book. That could break one of the tubes inside the penis and cause serious damage. Do you still feel excited sexually or have you lost mental interest? Try a cold shower. Give it a night's sleep or at least a few more hours and see a doctor if it still won't go down. If it starts feeling painful of if your foreskin is trapped behind the head (paraphimosis and an emergency) see a doc or hospital ER straight away.

Best thing to do is to see a doctor right away.

There is a "treatment" that I have been told about but whether it really works or whether you want to try it is something else:

Take a very heavy book, lay your penis on a table and then drop the book on it from several feet above it.

I don't which is more painful - a 3 hour erection or the treatment by a doctor or the "book".
