I think you are worried about the wrong thing, be happy with what God gave You, as the old saying goes, i used to be very upset about having big feet, until i seen a woman with no feet at all, count your blessing.......

Ok, well I'm guessing you mean 59 inches, 4 ft.9 inches, as 59 cm puts you at 1.9 feet.
Although it's not likely you'll grow a lot more, you should remember that although you're short, good things come in small packages too.
You might want to chat with a counselor about your feelings. It's important that you love yourself, regardless of the package size, which really isn't important in the long run.
I know that size is over emphasized in our society, but that doesn't mean you have to follow the pack and let it affect your happiness.

Sorry sweetie...your stuck on short. Welcome !
Me too. I'm a little round Irish woman. Genetics! Gotta love it.
With short, I was blessed with strength...I'm a strong as an ox!
I can lift my 200# husband like he is a small child. He laughed at me once and I pushed him over with a "ha ha " punch.
I do physcial training and sports massage, I am feared for my pressure moves and the "sarge" attitude. To look at me, you would laugh out loud. What Her?! I always get the last laugh.
Here are the secrets to happiness......
So the best thing to do is, Dress TALL..[get well fitted, altered to fit your body clothes].That is what I do, and it works. You feel better about your LOOK, when its custom to you. Wear one color all the time from the waist down, shoes and pants need to match or be very close in color. Don't wear dark on the top, unless its darker on the bottom. Wear pointed shoes, or boots, its all an optical illusion.
Be in great physical shape, that is sexy at any height. Best of all.... have a great sense of humor. You will need it most of all. I am a very confident woman and many times seen much taller than I am, because I carry myself so well. Create that for you.
Don't worry about the "woman" ...... we look for the Right man for us. I dated many heights and I loved the shorter men, they were the best dance partners...loved to "Swing dance" and my long time partner was only 5'3" and he was literally shorter than all the woman besides me. He was the hottest guy on the floor and knew it. So play to your strengths!
So my motto has always been "Dynamite comes in small packages"!
The only short man negative story I have is one that had a "Small mind" about his own sexual "short comings" issues and did not care to Please the other person, that was a serious issue. Size never mattered as long as you used the whole package- you know what I mean!
I know several Greek men about that same height and they are like Greek Gods....and both happily married with kids and full and remarkable lives. So may you be blessed with such! Oh did I mention that one is married to a former model that stands 6'3" tall, She is literally 2 foot taller than him in her high heel shoes, they are a sexy couple. Currently have four kids with another one due in June!

No, at 26 years of age you have already reached your complete adult growth. There isn't anything anyone can do now to increase your height. You'll need to work on becoming more self-confident in the body you're in, so that your attitude doesn't handicap you more than your stature.

59cm??? What? Thats less than 2 ft. tall. Is that a mistake or a joke? I'm sorry, but I would definitely take your butt on TV...get an agent...talk about getting women! Even women around your height!

That's sad. I'm only 12 and I'm already 62 inces. Try eating more veggies and I heard if you go to a surgery place you can grow more but you have to pay for it. Also running helps too.
if you are rich go to a surgic place and then ask about paying for inches. I think two inches is 2 k

well dude if its on your genes to be short you cannot, do anything on that's....and i also heard that lot of pills coming out some other places for those people who have height problems.. but I'm against on that, taking any medicine just to improve your height makes health worse i assure you on that!!! so don't be shy, be proud remember there,s a Say's " small but terrible" ... think on the other side..there's no perfect features in the world, maybe your small in height but your good looking so concentrate on the good side..

You know what. When it comes down to it, just be happy for what you have :)
Truly society is never happy with what we have. We are always looking to change, and "better" ourselves. But to who's standard!
Are you healthy? Strong?..
And if you did become taller, would you be completely happy with yourself? No, there's always something else to complain about.
Be confident, walk around with a smile... I know this might sound cliche, but try and see what you do have!
