The reason MNM was broken up in the first place was because Mercury failed a wellness test and was going to be suspended. He was then sent to rehab. Mercury failed another test last Tuesday during the Smackdown tapings/ECW live show. He was already given a second chance and blew it again and in the wake of the most recent steroids allegations against a number of current and former WWE wrestlers, was released

From what I understand - there was a problem between Joey and Stephanie and Joey shoved her and she was taken to the hospital

It is rumoured that he failed the drug testing that WWE held 2 weeks ago. i say rumor, because nothing has been confirmed, but seeing how good MNM was doing, it can't be anything else.
