i don't know how many kills do u have to have.

1.Go to main menu
2.Go to versus
3.Go to leaderboard (not for a while though cause live is down for a little while longer)
4.Change the settings on that screen to ME, WARZONE, ALL-TIME
5.Press A
6.You will see just your name and how many points you have in warzone ranked
7.Click on your name and yuo will see your kills, death, how many matches and rounds, played, won, or lost, special kills revives, etc.
8.Press B
9.Press the right trigger (fire button)
10.Repeat steps 6-8 for your stuff in assassination and execution
11.Rinse and Repeat...

i dont think you can. All i have found is a way to check your rank and how many points you have.
