What are those small turtles called?

I'm looking for those really really small turtles that dont grow more than like 2 inches, I've seen them sold on the streets in China Town. Does anyone know what these are called?

There are no turtles that small. Baby Red Eared Sliders are about 2 inches, and Musk turtles are the smallest adults at about 4.
