The Outlaw Josey Wales. Late in the movie a bounty hunter confronts Wales in a sparsely populated saloon. When confronted, Wales tells him he can live by walking out the door, or die. He walks out, then comes back in, stating he "had" to. Wales says he knows and kills him.
