Well, I'm searching for a new or a used trailer, but at the same time I'm having trouble with it.

If you are talking about a mobile home, I have something to say to that. When I was young (many, many moons ago), my husband and I bought one. The sales people for these are worst than used car salesmen! No money down... high interest rate and when it is getting old and saggy, you still owe $20,000 on it. So I caution you to put some cash down, negotiate for the lowest rate you can and pay extra on the mortgage every month. They really are not the greatest investment.

trailer as in "mobile home" or trailer as in a "recreational vehicle"?

you really need to be more specific in what your are asking? Do you mean mobile home, RV, or a trailer that hauls something?

then you need to asses your needs and go from there

Well you need to find an R/V show and go look they are every where this time of year. If you live near sacromento they have one there

If you are talking about mobile homes check out Southern Prestige homes. My friend has one and it is lovely.
