You need to exercise more when you have free time go walking, drink more water (that maybe the problem) Drink lots of water, its better than enegry drinks. Powerade is good also. Don't eat to much junk foods, eat more foods that will give you energy. If that's a concern, If you have more than one child than you will be tired, but drink more water and you'll see the diffrence. "Daily"
And I agree with "Dounivh" or whatever his name is

If you're tired its because you are behind on your REM(rapid eye movement). REM is 20% of your sleep but it is very important, during REM your body rejuvinates. You go into a REM cycle every 90 mins. So when you go home, try and take a 30 min nap if you can, dont take a nap for more than 80 mins, because you will start a REM cycle. when you got to sleep you want to have 6-8 REM cycles. if you only get say 4 REM cycles you are behind 4 cylces, and need to make those cycles up. Making up on lost REM time can take days or weeks. Avoid drinking alcohol, or taking sleeping pills, becuase these make you go right, into REM and you will not get your deep sleep which is about 80% of your sleep. Hope that helps

Do you have any aches and pains associated with this. Do you often feel like you might be coming down with something like the flu but then it seems to get better. If yes to either of these you may have fibromyalgia. I always get a good night sleep but apparantly I don't fall into the last stage of sleep. I have to take 1.5 mg of malatonin to fall asleep completely. Go see a Rhuematologist just to ge sure. There are pressure points that he can check to tell. If you are experiencing any bowel probs it may be chronic fatigue.

I've suffered from the same problem for a while now..there is actually something called chronic fatigue..only your doctor can tell you if that's what you've got..but I find what works for me is regular exercise, eating healthy, staying positive, and taking a multivitamin..it can also be cause by an iron deficiency but than again talk to your doctor if the above suggestions do not help. Good Luck!

Go to the doctor and get a check up. Tell him about your fatigue.
Fatigue is a symptom of many different conditions, not all of which are serious, and many of which are extremely treatable.
I can speculate all day long about what might be causing it. Anything from iron deficient anemia to hypothyroidism.
It doesn't matter what I think, it matters what your doctor thinks. Go get it checked out. When treated, you might find that energy you've been looking for.
Good luck.

Exercise during the day is supposed to let you sleep better at night. Most days I have more energy when I exercise regularly. Don't take naps, stay away from caffeine. I usually exercise on my lunch break. When I don't I feel groggy and tired all week.

I drink an energy drink that works really well for me. It works in 10-15 minutes after I drink it, lasts for several hours, and it makes me feel really good. It also helps my mental alertness.
You can find them at www.carlshealthhelp.com/energy

go to your docotr and check your blood, you may have low iron, and so you'll be considered anemic, like I am. I have to take iron supplements. So that could most definitely be it. Change your eating habits a little bit also, try to eat a little healthier if you're not already. Maybe you're feeding your body the wrong things. Vegetables, fruits, more water, you should feel a little better!

I had that problem about a year ago. Go to your doctor and get a blood panel test, you may suffer from anemia.
