I save aluminum cans, newspapers and bottles for the local Boy Scout Troops who recycle them, I catch rain water for my potted plants (much better for them) I recycle household food garbage into my garden, I cut up those plastic rings that are used for 6paks (so small animals and fish don't get caught in them) I turn over metal food cans and such to the local scrap dealer.....and other things. Yes I guess you could say that I'm ecology minded.

I do the first one, when I can. I try not to buy a lot of junk I don't need. I will reuse when it will work to.
I try at all but have perfected none of these practices.

the damn recycle collection people just scatter that sh!t all over my yard and run over my bin with their truck. but yeah, i try to do my part.
