i feel like i am reding myself talking !!!!i have the same condition , is call overactive bladder ....i go to the bathroom sometimes 2 times in an hour , i asked my doctor the reason why and there is no answer aparently ..all he told me was to empty my bladder before and after sex , he gave me bactrim (antibiotic) to take half of it the day after sex , because he says that the reason might be a bacteria or a low grade infection. i was give a prescription call VESICARE is good so far. the only thing is that it makes your mouth a little dry, therefore it makes you drink more water and that will flush out the infection..i will send you the link of the medication i am taking ..good luck

First, there is the question of why you want to go to the toilet so often. It may be simply habit, or it may be that you are producing more urine than usual. It may be that you have a chronic urine infection, or it may be that your bladder has a smaller capacity than normal. So in order to decide what to do next, you really need to know whether you have a problem that can be corrected. This would mean some blood and urine tests initially and sometimes referral to a special bladder clinic. If something is found and corrected, then you should have no particular problems in pregnancy.
If nothing is found, or maybe you have had all these things done already and no abnormality was discovered, then the situation is a little more difficult. You say you have tried some exercises, but I am not clear whether this is something you have read about or whether you have been given specific advice. Strengthening the pelvic muscles can help, as can trying to interrupt passing urine in mid-stream, which makes all the right muscles work. If you have stress incontinence - that is you leak when you cough, laugh or sneeze, then I suspect you may have had children before. This suggests a mechanical problem, which sometimes can be corrected with surgery, but it is not usually worth doing this until after you have finished having your family.
Finally, I do sympathise with your problem, but if the doctors cannot find anything wrong despite thorough investigation, you might find that the problems you may anticipate during pregnancy turn out to be not as bad as you expect - so don't let that put you off if you are keen.

My goodness....I am so sorry! I don't know what would be making you wet the bed but my sister was diagnosed around your age as having essentially "two tubes" leading into her bladder making her have to pee more often. It's not a problem for her, she just visits the john as often as a pregnant woman! Something she'll deal with for the rest of her life. Good luck to you in finding out what the problem could be!

You might just have a small bladder. I would suggest not drinking anything for a couple of hours before you go to bed.
Also, Kegel exercises can help tone up the muscles of the pelvic floor and help you control your bladder more effectively.
I suppose you have been tested for diabetes if you have seen a doctor for this problem. Polyuria (frequent urination) is a key symptom of diabetes.
I wish I could be more helpful!! Good luck!

There is a medical drug for people who have to urinate frequently and it helps control the frequency. Ask your doctor if they can prescribe this drug for you.
I've enclosed a link to a web site where you can do pelvic exercises that can help strengthen the bladder and give you better control.
Best wishes,

You need to see a urologist. That's a doctor who specializes in problems like you have. I did and I was helped.
