Panthers. Because they have the Pink Panther on their side and no one can beat the Pink Panther.

I would bet on the Siberian Tiger, which can be triple the size of a cougar.
The four "big cats" are Tiger, Lion, Jaguar and Leopard.
Siberian tigers weigh about 700 lbs.
Lions weigh about 500 lbs.
Jaguars and Leopards are about 300 - 350 lbs.
A cougar average is about 150 lbs, but some are as large as 250 lbs.
My personal favorites are Leopards, as their strength is much greater, proportionally, than other cats. I've seen film of a leopard killing a gazelle, weighing a few hundred pounds, and then climbing a tree while carrying the carcass. A VERY strong cat.
Still, in a fight, I would go with the sheer size of the Siberian tiger.

Out of those cats, the Siberian Tiger is the largest. Next is the lion, followed by the leopard, panther, and jaguar. The cougar is an American cat and large but simply not as big as these cats. The lynx is a suped up bobcat and not very big at all. It would be a fierce fight between the lion and the tiger as both are very large and powerful cats.

No doubt in my mind the tiger would obliterate any of the other cats. they have a much stronger bite force, and simply outweigh the rest. the discovery channel had a series a while back that had various animals vs. each other and one was lion vs. tiger and they took data compiled by each animal and made machines to as closely as possible duplicate the actual animal and the tiger kicked the lions butt. And as much as i like lynx's they are simply no match for something that takes down animals as big as cows. So in essence the true question here is who would win? Lion or Tiger. and the answer is obvious. Tiger.

I am a guy who purely believes that "An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" and In a fight are they winners, i beg to differ as there are only losers in the fight...but if given a choice it also depends upon various factors,
age
environment
location
population (survival of the fittest)
flora and fauna
Very difficult as the situation plays a very important role.....but MAN is the biggest enemy of them all..
