Obviously pennywisedaclown_2001 is a Yankees fan and he must really be a true baseball fan to say how many home runs mark loretta will have for the sox this year. Oh wait he plays for the astros now.
For how many home runs the sox will hit i say 227, mostly from papi and manny but if varitek can get back on track he could contribute quite a few as well

I am not a red sox fan but as a True Yankees and Baseball fan put your question to thought. I came up with 219.
here is the breakdown:
Youkilis 14
***Formerly Loretta*****
Ortiz 53
Manny 40
Drew 28
Crisp 11
Lugo 15 (and about 50 doubles off the monster)
Pedroia 8
Varitek 15
Lowell 10
Hinske 12 (only due to lack of playing time)
Mirabelli 2
Cora 1
Pena 11( also due to lack of playing time)

Hahahahaha Good Call Creggz (I was looking at last year's roster) I will take Loretta out of the mix and redstribute

hey ore_flow24 (stupid name by the way),
I am having trouble remembering who the Red Sox spanked in the World Series in 2004. I'm pretty sure they swept them 4-0, I mean that other team didn't even put up a fight. That was pure dominance. Oh, wait, wasn't that the Cardinals? Yeah, it was the Cardinals. Thanks for reminding me.

Now, back to the question. The Sox will hit 233 homeruns this year, with Ortiz leading the team with 50.

Pitching in the AL East looks like a tough bunch, but in all truth its suffering. I see the Sox putting up 230.

212 - They had 192 last year, and with upgrades in left and at short they should be good for 20 more

Take how many the Royals hit and multiply that by 4.
