You can tell the worms to go away!
Or you could pour bleach in it.

Ewww!
You can tell them to live there for starters and you'll take theirs or a hotel suite until they get it remedied! Just kidding (but you might have to find somewhere else to stay if you can get them to call an exterminator).
You can try to find at a store those bleach automatic bowl cleaner tablets that you can drop in the back of your toilet that last 2000 flushings. I think I found mine at Kroger. It came in a green box and claims to clean up to 4 months.
Call your landlord to get a pest control specialist if you can't get rid of these nasty bugs yourself. I think if you can get an expert to get rid of the eggs/larvae and ways to prevent future
hatchlings that will help. Let them know what you've been using as well and make sure they can see the worms too.
Also if the toilet itself is nasty, get the landlord to get a new one and maybe a new floor and some work done on the pipes, etc..
I'm not sure what worms they are but I've seen worms in this house craling in and out of something (still don't know what it is) in a sandwich bag my child stashed in a hidden spot. Could there be something like the floor rottening underneath the toilet where you can't see it or a dead mouse or something underneath the toilet or floor or in the pipes? Whatever their food source and breeding ground are, someone (property owner) needs to get rid of that or change it so they won't come back anymore.

They are probably wood worms, spray the bottom of the toilet with some raid and see if that gets them---or for a couple days put a big bead of dish soap all around the base of the toilet--you didn't say if it is carpeted?

Don't put bleach and amonia in the bowl at the same time. It will cause a release of chlorine gas. It could damage your lungs if you breath it.

Pour some bleach in the bowl.
Call the property owners again, let them take care of this,it's their responsibility.

relies upon on why they have been kicked out of the final house. in the event that they left it a pig sty i might say no way. If it is your bf and your hubby is happy with it, than circulate forward, possibly his gf can circulate in downstairs besides. does no longer that make for an thrilling project.

first put bleach tabs in the tank and clean the inside with bleach... when you will not be using for a few hours put bleach in toilet and leave it there, when you flush it will kill them and by letting the bleach sit in the toilet, they won't come to it anymore...also mop the floor with bleach in the bathroom

I would call your landlord ASAP and have him remove them. That is very gross. Good luck with that!
