This is called Eucharist.

During mass Christians go up to the altar to recieve bread and wine.

On the last supper that Jesus had with his disciples, they had bread and wine.

Catholics believe when taking the bread and wine, they are taking the body and blood of christ.

Church of England's however, believe that the bread and wine simply symbolizes the bread and wine they ate on the Last Supper.

The white paper by the way is weird, and melts in your mouth but is a bit sticky, and it gets stuck, which is annoying, as you then go to drink some wine, and there is a good chance you will choke - extremely embarassing! But in all, its quite tasty!
