Then again there hasnt been a Flavor of love 3 so who knows maybe it is working out for them

According to a magazine article I read Deelishis and Flav are no longer an item and I believe that was in part from his involvement with a woman whom he's got a child with now. She's since moved on with her career and basically doesnt speak to Flav now. This was an exclusive interview from Sister 2 Sister magazine.

Nope. After the show Deelishis says Flav didn't contact her and got another woman pregnant (turns out to be true). The gossip is that she now dates Busta Rhymes.
She was interviewed in a mens magazine recently.

No they are not still together. The show is pre-taped and it was found out when the show was released on air that he had another woman pregnant. Deelish was fine with it but she said that he moved on and went to be with the woman. She said she woke up and realized that it was only about him being in the limelight even though she really cared about him. She started dating the rapper Busta Rhymes but I heard that they fell through too. Also she is launching a jeans line for big booty girls.

they were never together it was publicity stunt .Flav is with his baby momma in Las Vegas they chic he impregnated during filming of Season 2 of Flavor of Love.
