If doctors measure its 5 to 6 inches with an average of 5.5 inches, if self measured its 5.5 to 7 inches, with the average of 6.2 inches, so basically anything between 5 to 7 inches is average, but i believe most men are between 5 to 6 inches, if measured correctly.

from what I have read the average is just over 6 inches
and the standard deviation is about half an inch or so

I believe that 5.9 inches, with an erection, is considered the "average".

no....only that the length of the penis is measured as a
non-zero, non-negative value, usually <8.0
