It's on a games spec for a game I have, which I obviously don't have. Can I upgrade?

That's the minimum specs you need on your video card to run the game. I suggest going to the following site:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest
It will test you computer to see if it can run certain games and if it can't, it will tell you what you need to get. I'd suggest getting a new video card with at least 128mb or more of memory.

this type of card is a graphic card such as nvidia or ati and the card mentioned has 32mb video memory and transform and lighting is a type of effect or 3d process that that card can do
transform and lighting is avalible on all modern cards but was first included on the old geforce 2 cards and the ati rage pro cards, there are still lots of games that need transform and lighting to run,but modern games require something extra called "pixel and shader model" and this comes in three types ..model 1.1 2.0 3.0 and in the next generation cards the geforce 8800 series this has risen to pixel and shader model 4.0
also in the 8800 series pixel pipelines previously used in most graphic cards have been replaced with stream processes
i hope this helped..............good luck

Sounds like an old spec referencing pre-Open GL hardware based rendering. I would think any new video card supportging OPGL/3G graphics would work fine. (This spec, if memory serves me correctly, would apply to most cards >64Mb, i.e. ATI, G4, Nvidia, etc.) Hope this helps!
