I overheard a cop mention this term this morning at the coffee shop.

Sandra c gave the right answer. Its when a woman gets caught having sex and tries to say she was assaulted. But when there is proof that she was willing, then the assualt was with a friendly weapon. Nothing illegal unless she is underage.

My husband has a very friendly weapon that I just love being assaulted with 2-3 times a week.LOL

Assault with a friendly weapon is to be pistol whipped with a stiff c**k until you can't take it anymore.
In my case I would need to have a collection of loaded pistols before I ever become satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!
